About the Training/Mentoring

The world needs you!!! Thanks for considering this exciting opportunity to work with one of the most experienced and professional drumming facilitators and rhythm connectors. This is profound work and changes peoples lives in ways you cannot imagine… hang on yes you can!

The course is delivered in two parts (included in the one cost). Part one is an online group session on the above dates. Part two is a private mentoring session with Simone which where you get all the specific guidance you need to prepare you for your next session.

Group Workshop: 3hrs, max. 4 participants, via Zoom

In this part of the course we cover the fundamentals of drum circle facilitation taking into account the focus groups each course participant aims to work with. Class sizes are small so that content delivered is focused on and tailored to the needs of the attendees.   

By the end of the session you will: 

- Know how to connect and engage with a group through drumming and rhythm

- Understand your role as a facilitator

- Know the tools you need for you to do your job confidently

- Be able to deliver up to 3 session plans

- Know how to make your own session plans from a few simple rhythms

- Be equipped with some rhythm exercise and drumming/rhythm games

Support material and video content is available via the drumwithSimone.com site. As part of the course, you get a month's free membership.

Private Mentoring Session with Simone

This is a private zoom or phone chat (whichever you prefer) which is ideally before or after a drumming session that you deliver. Or, it may be a simple follow-up to help you digest and better understand the task at hand for your particular needs. 

We can chat at the end of the first session about booking in your mentoring and what you wish to cover.
